The research method uses correlational and associative quantitative research. The research was conducted at BLK DKI Jakarta by sampling as much as 120 purposive from a total of 170 tutors scattered in BLK DKI Jakarta. Data retrieval by developing instruments using questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the multivariate test. 摘要

本研究旨在分析雅加达BLK DKI男学与人际沟通导师技能的影响。研究方法采用关联定量研究和关联定量研究。这项研究是在雅加达BLK DKI进行的,从分散在雅加达BLK DKI的170名导师中有目的地抽样多达120人。通过开发使用调查表的工具来检索数据。数据分析采用多元回归分析配合多元检验。结果表明:第一,心理学能力对导师的辅导能力有显著影响;第二,人际沟通对导师的管理技能有显著影响;第三,心理学依从性和人际沟通对雅加达BLK DKI导师的管理技能有同步影响。本研究的启示是尝试通过提高教师的管理能力和人际沟通来提高教师的管理技能和能力。
