摘要
本文采用了Parasuraman et. al, Zeithaml and Bitner等实验研究出版物的理论基础,分析了越南岘港市Son Tra夜市国内游客的满意度。以270名国内游客访山川夜市问卷为主要数据,运用李克特量表量表信度定量分析技术;探索性因子分析;并进行多元回归分析,结果表明,8个因素,即地方特色;安全-安全;景观环境;娱乐服务;产品;基础设施;服务态度;和价格对国内游客对越南岘港山特拉夜市的满意度有正向影响。
