摘要

本文报道了在非共线切伦科夫相位匹配方案中使用铁电晶体对太赫兹脉冲进行电光采样,在太赫兹频率区具有大折射率的铁电晶体中实现了有效的速度匹配。我们证明了在切伦科夫相位匹配方案中使用LiNbO3和BaTiO3晶体进行太赫兹EO采样的效率。结果表明,尽管BaTiO3的电致发光系数(r33)是LiNbO3的3倍,但BaTiO3的电致发光采样效率却低于LiNbO3。BaTiO3性能差的原因是由于其在太赫兹频段的吸收较强。
