摘要

本研究将建立成本效益模型,整合服务管理与相关流程的利润设计。通过对服务管理的投资,运用利润设计的方法,将利润合理地分配到服务的一致性和服务的改进上。在考虑了各个服务维度后,顾客感知和顾客期望可以用来量化服务水平。随着服务水平的提高,服务需求将越来越受到影响。还可以考虑在服务水平上的投入,从而获得相应的成本和效益。该模型可用于决策者在投资前进行利润设计服务管理的成本/收益预测。
