PPy-modified LIG films were used to make a prototype of a flexible film microsupercapacitor with an area of 8 cm2, using a gel electrolyte based on sulfuric acid and polyvinyl alcohol, with a 230 mF capacitance. 摘要

利用连续波CO2激光聚焦辐射逐行扫描工业聚酰亚胺薄膜近表层热解,制备了激光诱导石墨烯薄膜。拉曼光谱分析表明,合成的薄膜材料在厚度上呈非均匀结构。研究了激光功率和线间距对合成材料在硫酸水溶液中比电容c的影响。结果表明,用聚吡咯(PPy)修饰LIG可以使c增加到60 mF/cm2。利用ppy修饰的LIG薄膜,采用硫酸和聚乙烯醇为基础的凝胶电解质,制作了面积为8 cm2的柔性薄膜微型超级电容器原型,电容为230 mF。关键词:激光诱导石墨烯,电容,聚吡咯,微超级电容器。
