摘要

近年来,人们对欧洲油橄榄、熊耳葡萄树和乌拉甘草等植物中含有的三萜、齐墩果酸、甘草酸和甘草次酸等抗肿瘤活性的研究引起了极大的兴趣。这三种酸及其衍生物具有潜在的促瘤和细胞毒活性、抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡和防止细胞侵袭等作用,可作为抗癌和肿瘤化学预防药物开发。三萜抗肿瘤作用的机制有待进一步研究。现就其抗肿瘤活性及化学修饰研究作一综述。
