The amount of sludge discharged from manufacturing plants increases annually. In this study, the organic constituents, such as cellulose, in the sludge were converted into carbonaceous heavy metal absorbents using sulfur treatment, and its removal ability of lead from aqueous solution was examined. The sludge was treated with 5<!--> <!-->M HCl to remove inorganic content, and then immersed in 1<!--> <!-->M K<sub>2</sub>S solution to prepare sulfur-immersed sludge. The immersed-sludge was heated at 100-1000<!--> <!-->°C for 1 hour in nitrogen gas to produce the sulfur-impregnated adsorbent by pyrolysis. The product obtained at 400<!--> <!-->°C (Product-400) has a high removal ability for lead ion, which has high specific surface areas and high sulfur content. 在再生纸生产过程中,造纸污泥作为工业废物排放。制造工厂排放的污泥量每年都在增加。本研究通过硫处理将污泥中的纤维素等有机成分转化为含碳重金属吸附剂,并考察其对水溶液中铅的去除能力。将污泥用5 M HCl处理去除无机成分,然后浸入1 M K2S溶液中制备硫浸污泥。将浸出的污泥在氮气中100-1000℃加热1小时,热解制得含硫吸附剂。在400℃下得到的产物(product -400)对铅离子的去除能力高,具有高比表面积和高硫含量。产物-400对铅在水溶液中的吸附效果最好,对低pH溶液中的铅离子有较高的选择性去除。
