The corrosion inhibition properties of the two plant extracts is attributed to adsorption of the phytochemical molecules on the surface of the mild steel creating a barrier between the mild steel and the corrosive solution, and the adsorption of the extracts fitted into Langmuir adsorption isotherm. 摘要

分别用重量法和气相法比较研究了珍珠柏叶提取物和苦杏仁叶提取物在2.5M HCl溶液中对低碳钢的腐蚀抑制作用。结果表明,在浓腐蚀介质中,豚草叶提取物和苦杏仁叶提取物均能有效抑制低碳钢的腐蚀。抑制效果随萃取液浓度的增加而增加,随温度的升高而降低。在0.5g/l浓度下,两种植物提取物的抑菌率均接近100%。两种植物提取物的缓蚀性能归因于植物化学分子在低碳钢表面的吸附,在低碳钢和腐蚀溶液之间形成屏障,并且提取物的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温线。对活化能和吸附热等热力学参数变化趋势的研究表明,胡椒叶和苦杏仁叶提取物均被物理吸附在金属表面,反应为自发放热反应。
