摘要

安装高光谱成像仪CCD时,在纵向上要满足20 μm的焦深,在光谱方向和空间方向上也要实现对准。为了避免在测量过程中频繁安装昂贵的CCD,设计了等效焦平面组装模块。根据CCD模块的测量尺寸,精确制作等效模块。它还提供了可以用显微镜观察的模拟光谱图像。通过测量真实光谱图像与模拟光谱图像之间的距离,计算间隔器的重塑值,并将光谱图像横向对准CCD。实验表明,在存在工具显微镜测量误差、间隔片修复误差和互换性误差的情况下,整个光谱图像的离焦值处于焦深。MTF大于0。实验经过3次迭代,在效率和安全性上均有提高。
