摘要

本研究旨在探讨艾塞那肽对雌性Wister大鼠卵巢切除所致骨质疏松症的保护和治疗作用。本研究结果显示,以每日10mg /kg剂量给予艾塞那肽4个月后,去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症症状减轻,表现为血清骨代谢标志物水平的改变(血清钙、磷浓度显著升高,同时碱性磷酸酶效力显著降低),股骨组织结构明显改善。与去卵巢组相比。本研究结果表明艾塞那肽能有效降低卵巢激素缺乏对雌性Wister大鼠骨骼结构和功能的不良影响。
