The results indicated that at the low level of work-family conflict, the association of surface acting and emotional exhaustion was not significant (B = .02, SE = .17, p > .05) whereas at a moderate level of work-family conflict (B = .46, SE = .12, p < .01) the association between the surface acting and emotional exhaustion is significant. 摘要
