In vitro antioxidant was detected by DPPH assay, reducing power assay.The ethanolic, aqueous of fragaria vesca concentrates of & ascorbic acid exhibited antioxidant potential possessing IC50 48.14, 66.0 μg/ml & 14.40 μg/ml (Diphenylpicrylhydrazyl radical). The Reducing power assay possess 10.10, 11.51 μg/ml. 摘要
