It influenced public sentiment, caused new trends, varied group aspirations and led to destructive processes. For operational purposes, a decomposition of the conceptual “North-South” and “center-peripheral” divide was carried out, the features of modern international relations and the interpretation of global governance mechanisms were rethought.
