摘要

本文报道了一种基于MEMS技术的全集成片上电化学微反应器,用于淡水中总磷的检测。将紫外光催化消化单元和电化学三电极单元集成在芯片上实现微反应器。无需额外的氧化试剂,可以实现TP的完全兼容的电化学检测。采用热辅助紫外光催化提高了消解速率,采用交叉指状超微电极阵列提高了电化学单元的灵敏度。实验结果表明,该集成芯片可实现全功能磷的测定。
