摘要

研究了灰质壤土、灰质机械活化壤土和灰质复合活化壤土陶瓷块体的流变特性。采用离心冲击磨原理,在混合器-活化剂中对壤土与灰分进行了联合机械活化。复合活化包括用灰分联合机械活化壤土,然后用0.1%的表面活性添加剂-PO-PB-7处理。在以机械活化、复杂活化和非活化(原始)灰分壤土(含量从0到75%)为基础确定土质的塑性强度时,找到了最佳的土质组成。结果表明,复合活化陶瓷块体的塑性强度有所提高。机械活化壤土和复合活化壤土的敏感性系数随灰分的加入而增大,随灰分的加入而减小,这预先决定了复合活化粘土-灰分质量对样品进行强化干燥过程的可能性。研究结果表明,复合活化粘土-灰分原料的质量体可转变为结构-力学型,其流变性能得到改善
