摘要

除了以美国Intellectual Ventures为代表的专利超级聚合器外,在平台生态系统背景下构建专利中介也有趋势。因此,中国近年来出现了专利运营平台,但对其结构和运行机制的研究较少。本文旨在运用四维服务创新框架,通过两个深入的案例研究来探讨这些问题。结果表明,POP由“专利+”数据库、专利服务平台和双边专利平台组成一个闭环。在这一结构中,信息通信技术发挥着突出的作用,与新的服务理念、服务交付系统和客户端接口相连接,来运行平台。本文还提出了对POP相关理论和实践的启示。
