The carps(n=70)were caught in 4 places during 1999~2001. Concentrations of metallothionein and heavy metals(Cd, Hg, Zn, Cu, V, Mn)in the hepatopancreas were measured. The mean value of metallothionein level of the carp captured in the each sampling station could not recognize the difference. However, it was shown that the metallothionein had been induced in the part of the carp. In addition, positive correlation between metallothionein level and Cu level in the hepatopancreas was recognized.(r=0.80, p<0.001).As a result of the metal analysis of the metallothionein using HPLC/ICP-MS, the Cu has mainly combined with the metallothionein. 摘要

测定了山梨县河流鲤鱼体内金属硫蛋白水平,并将其作为环境污染的生物标志物。1999~2001年共在4个地点捕获鲤鱼70条。测定肝胰脏金属硫蛋白和重金属Cd、Hg、Zn、Cu、V、Mn的浓度。各采样站捕获的鲤鱼金属硫蛋白水平均值不能识别差异。结果表明,金属硫蛋白在部分部位被诱导产生。肝胰腺金属硫蛋白水平与铜水平呈正相关(r=0.80, p<0.001)。利用HPLC/ICP-MS对金属硫蛋白进行分析,发现铜主要与金属硫蛋白结合。上述结果表明,山梨县河流中鲤鱼的金属硫蛋白是由Cu诱导产生的。
