摘要

本研究旨在确定产品、价格和促销对印尼鹰航普普坦登巴萨分公司的消费者机票购买决策的影响。本研究的受访者都是来到印尼鹰航销售办事处,普普坦登巴萨分公司进行交易的乘客。本次调查的调查对象共计94人。本研究采用SPSS (statistical For Social Science)计算机程序进行统计分析。本研究的仪器测试结果显示数据有效可靠。研究结果表明,产品、价格和促销对印尼鹰航普普坦登巴萨分公司的消费者机票购买决策有显著的正向影响
