The analysis carried out is the physical analysis of the Medan Exemplary Stadium. As a result of the feasibility study of the renovation of the Teladan Medan Stadium, the physical condition of the Teladan Medan Stadium, the existing facilities, and infrastructure have been damaged and some are no longer functioning. 摘要

棉兰市示范性体育场改造的可行性研究是为了获得棉兰市示范性体育场改造的规划和设计方案的基础,以满足社区对足球作为全国可行的体育设施的需求。棉兰市示范体育馆可行性研究采用定量描述性研究,使用的数据为一手数据和二次数据。示范性足球场改造规划可行性研究方法,说明示范性足球场规划设计相关的设计要求(设计需求)和设计决定因素。所进行的分析是对棉兰示范体育场的物理分析。由于对特拉丹棉兰体育场进行整修的可行性研究,特拉丹棉兰体育场的实际状况、现有设施和基础设施遭到破坏,有些已不再运作。基于现有的基础设施问题,棉兰示范体育馆的改造方案是非常可行的。
