This study is intended to identify the statistically significant trends in the minimum flow characteristics and hydrological drought episodes, during five years, of the Trebes-Negel representative river basin, located in the Moldavian Sub Carpathians, in Romania. It is an important hydrological objective used for research purposes, considered as a reference point for all small basins with an identical natural environment.
