The reasons and conditions for the formation of such a pattern are considered. A deformable medium is considered as a non-linear system with a continuously changing structure on two spatial and temporal scales. Kinetics of structural relaxation of a deformable medium. is described by a system of two nonlinear equations of parabolic type for dynamic order parameters.
