摘要研究了不同类型的微反应器中铋和铁氢氧化物的共沉淀对镀层热处理过程中纳米晶铋正铁氧体形成的影响。采用了自由冲击射流微反应器、浸没射流微反应器和强烈旋流微反应器。结果表明,在试剂溶液切向旋流的微反应器中共沉淀氢氧化物,可形成加权平均晶粒最小为12 nm的纳米晶铋正铁氧体。根据透射电镜数据,确定了bifeo3晶体的最小尺寸为3 - 4 nm。
