Particular attention is paid to the invective and obscene vocabulary, considered in the criminal law aspect, as the most common manifestation of the humiliating attitude towards the addressee of the offence. Invective vocabulary (invectiva oratio, Latin): verbal aggression, humiliating vocabulary, abusive speech.
