摘要

本研究的目的是分析小型转型经济中中小型旅游企业采用不同的企业社会责任(CSR)实践。在文献综述的基础上,确定了四个社会责任维度——当地社区、环境、市场政策和人力资源——负责任企业行为的动机和几个行业特定的社会责任实践。本研究是通过对旅游中小企业管理者的直接访谈进行的。结果表明,企业社会责任中最重要的维度是环境维度。确定的CSR实践通过不同的操作机制实施,并根据因素分析,它们包括所有四个CSR维度(分别):环境政策,公司价值观-工作场所政策,公司价值观-市场政策和社区政策。
