摘要

本研究旨在探讨茄子果实对氯化铝致大鼠神经毒性的保护作用。选取体重(150±10 g)的成年雄性“Sprague Dawley”品系白化大鼠36只,分为两组,第一组(6只)饲喂基础日粮,作为阴性对照。第二组30只大鼠,每日给予ALCL3 17 mg/kg b.w.,溶解于生理盐水中灌胃,共28 d,分为5个亚组:Sup组(1):饲喂基础日粮(并作为阳性对照)。Sup组(2、3):饲喂基础日粮+(5、10%)白茄子干果。Sup组(4、5):饲喂基础日粮+(5、10%)紫茄子干果28 d。试验结束时计算体增重(BWG)、采食量(F.I.)、饲料效率(FER)和另一相对脑重。分析脑组织的抗氧化/酶标记物,进行生化分析以确定白色和紫色的酚类化合物
