摘要

考虑多因素之间的相关性对建筑物损伤的影响,将反映损伤相关性的动力传递机制引入危险房屋损伤评价标准(JGJ125-99)层次模糊评价模型中。项目描述模型采用力传递树模型,提出了新的房屋风险及风险评级公式的模型参数推导方法。湖北省鄂州市小学安全评价的实际应用表明,考虑损害的项目危险性评价模型可以减少判断误差。
