The occurrence and development of sepsis depend on the regulation of nerve and immunity system, and cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway plays an important role in connecting nerve and immune function. The biliary tract is innervated by vagus nerves, which can be excited when the pressure increases in the biliary tract. 摘要

急性胆管炎(Acute cholangitis, AC)是胆管发生急性炎症和感染的一种病态状态,符合脓毒症3.0的诊断标准。若不及时治疗,该病死亡率高,是急诊科的主要疾病。脓毒症的发生发展依赖于神经和免疫系统的调控,胆碱能抗炎通路在连接神经和免疫功能中起着重要作用。胆道受迷走神经支配,当胆道压力升高时迷走神经兴奋。迷走神经和胆碱能抗炎通路(CAIP)在急性胆管炎脓毒症中的作用的研究比其他传染病更有利。关键词:迷走神经;急性胆管炎;脓毒症
