摘要

摘要可再生性是为生产植物性药物而开发的植物品种的一个重要特征。本研究通过两项试验来确定和/或提高具有重要性状的烟草品种的茎部有机生成潜力,以开发适合烟叶生产的最佳植物品种。以15种46株烟叶为材料,研究了BA和6-(δ,δ-二甲基氨基)-嘌呤(2iP)对烟叶茎部器官生成电位的影响。结果表明,BA对23个烟叶品种的茎部器官发生的促进作用优于2iP,而2iP对4个品种的茎部器官发生的促进作用优于BA,包括2个穗叶品种、1个烟叶品种和1个烟叶品种。不同浓度噻唑脲(TDZ)与吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)复合处理对12株低反应烟叶茎部器官生成电位的影响。
