The great intermittency and volatility of photovoltaic and wind power will cause a large disturbance to the frequency of power grid. It is necessary to study how to use energy storage technology to maintain the frequency stability. According to the national standard, and referencing the same type of generation unit, the primary frequency modulation function of compressed air energy storage is constructed.
