In contrast, the amplitude of the basilar membrane decreased when the lymph flowed out through the perforation near the oval window. 摘要

本研究采用人耳蜗三维有限元模型,分析镫骨振动引起的基底膜和耳蜗液的动力学行为。将数值结果与实测结果进行了比较,验证了模型的有效性。此外,还分析了淋巴管周围瘘管对基底膜振动的影响。在圆窗附近开孔的淋巴渗漏对基底膜的振动影响不大。相反,当淋巴从卵圆窗附近的穿孔流出时,基底膜的振幅减小。从动力学角度看,卵圆窗淋巴管周围瘘管引起听阈增高。
