摘要

目的:研究辉瑞/BioNtech疫苗接种后,已感染COVID-19的人群与未感染COVID-19的人群的抗体谱是否存在差异。方法:4名有COVID-19感染史的受试者和62名无COVID-19感染史的受试者经知情同意后,分别在接种辉瑞/BioNtech疫苗前、后和后分别采集血液样本。在有和没有COVID-19病史的人之间检测抗体滴度的差异。结果:与无COVID-19病史者相比,有COVID-19病史者第一次接种后抗体滴度显著升高,甚至显著高于无COVID-19病史者第二次接种后的抗体滴度。
