摘要

以2-(2,4-二甲基苯基)甲基)-6-甲氧基-4-硝基苯酚和2-(3,4-二氟苯基)甲基)-6-甲氧基-4-硝基苯酚为配体,制备了两个新的铜(II)和镍(II)配合物系列。以2-羟基-3-甲氧基-5-硝基苯甲醛为原料,与2,4-二甲基苯胺或3,4-二氟苯胺缩合合成了席夫碱配体。通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱、电子能谱和热重分析对配体及其金属配合物进行了表征。采用肉汤稀释法测定了希夫碱配体及其金属配合物对革兰氏阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌和革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和真菌白色念珠菌、黑曲霉和克拉曲霉的抑菌活性。
