The teeth were longitudinally sectioned to get composite-dentin beams, two central beams were selected from 45 teeth in order to have 90 beams. Specimens were assessed after 2 storage periods in artificial saliva: either one month (T1) or three months (T2) storage period. Specimen were subjected to microtensile bond strength testing . Results: at T0, there was no statistically significant difference in mean μTBS between different dentin pre-treatments, while at T1 and T2, white tea group showed significantly the highest μTBS mean values, followed by egg shell group, then control group. 摘要

目的:研究蛋壳和白茶预处理对树脂复合材料与牙本质表面微拉伸结合强度的影响。材料与方法:45颗拔除的磨牙根据牙本质预处理情况分为3个亚组;没有处理(对照),鸡蛋壳和白茶。每组进行微拉伸试验,再分为24小时(T0)、1个月(T1)和3个月(T2)三个相等的亚组。去除牙合牙釉质。每组采用一种预处理方法。采用自蚀刻胶粘剂在牙本质上制备树脂复合块。纵切面得到复合牙本质梁,从45颗牙中选取2颗中心梁,得到90根梁。标本在人工唾液中保存1个月(T1)或3个月(T2) 2个月后进行评估。试件进行了微拉伸粘结强度测试。结果:T0时,不同牙本质预处理组的平均μTBS差异无统计学意义,T1和T2时,白茶组的μTBS平均值最高,蛋壳组次之,对照组次之。结论:天然再矿化剂可提高自蚀刻模式万能键合体系的微拉伸强度,且随着时间的推移,天然再矿化电位趋于稳定。
