摘要

肺炎克雷伯菌是一种机会性病原体,被认为是医院和社区获得性感染的最常见原因之一。肺炎克雷伯菌荚膜是一个重要的毒力因子,参与致病机制。因此,本研究旨在从Al-Diwaniyah教学医院患者的不同临床样本中分离肺炎克雷伯菌,并确定用于分离株血清分型的毒力因子(荚膜基因)。该研究从2020年8月延长至11月。经传统生化试验、Vitek系统和16SrRNA基因鉴定,从80份不同临床样本中分离出31株肺炎克雷伯菌。聚合酶链反应检测了7个荚膜菌中3个基因的存在。常见血清型为k2、k54、k57,其中k2 4例(12.9%),k54 12例(38.7%),k57 4例(12.9%)。而其他荚膜多糖基因k1、k3、k5、k20在本研究的所有分离株中均未检测到。
