The aim of this research is to formulate a development strategy for agribisation of estate crops.Analysis of the data used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Sugarcane plantation is a priority crop to be developed in Sukoharjo Regency and the chosen strategy is market penetration.
