Recently, some false-negative cases in China-Japan Friendship Hospital and Hangzhou Hospital led the clinical doctors to question the value of the nucleic acid detection. In this paper, more than 3 000 results of 2019-nCoV detection in Zhongnan Hospital, Wuhan University were analyzed. 摘要

2019年12月,一群不明原因肺炎患者与中国武汉的一个海鲜批发市场有关。一些研究发现,这种病毒是一种从未在人体中发现的新型病毒。随后,该病毒被世界卫生组织命名为2019年新型冠状病毒(2019- ncov)。新型冠状病毒核酸检测是诊断新型冠状病毒肺炎的重要指标之一。最近,中日友好医院和杭州医院的一些假阴性病例让临床医生对核酸检测的价值产生了质疑。本文对武汉大学中南医院3000多例新型冠状病毒检测结果进行分析。应重视产生假阴性结果的根本原因,并采取相应的对策。关键词:冠状病毒;核酸;聚合酶链反应;虚假负面反应;质量控制
