One of the key factors that affect the performance of DSSCs is the metal oxide layer. In the present research, we focus on the titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin film, as it has been used as a transparent metal oxide for DSSC's application. However, the optimization of several factors which include the preparation technique of nanostructure thin film, high surface area and transparent of TiO2 film electrodes are essential [1]. It is very important to study the evolution of different physical and chemical properties of TiO2 which is effective for controlled modification.
