Due to the Distance Learning policy, the principal as a manager of the school is expected to have the right strategy to develop the ability of teachers professionally to continue to provide quality educational services. This study aims to report the response of teachers to distance learning policy and strategies of the principals of SMA Muhammadiyah PK in Solo Raya in developing teachers’ pedagogic competencies. This study is qualitative research that employed the phenomenological method. The validity of the data was obtained using technical triangulation and source triangulation as well as data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. This study found the followings: 1) The teachers felt hard to adjust at the beginning; 2) The teachers continued to look for and apply appropriate learning methods; 3) The teachers had a little difficulty engaging students during learning; 4) The teachers needed to adjust and needed guidance to understand and prepare lesson plans according to the emergency curriculum. 摘要

教师的教学能力显著影响学生的学习过程和学习结果。由于远程教育的政策,校长作为学校的管理者被期望有正确的策略来发展教师的专业能力,以继续提供优质的教育服务。本研究旨在报告教师对SMA Muhammadiyah PK在Solo Raya的校长的远程学习政策和策略的反应,以培养教师的教学能力。本研究采用现象学方法进行定性研究。采用技术三角测量法和源三角测量法,通过数据缩减、数据呈现、数据总结等方法对数据进行分析,得出数据的有效性。本研究发现:1)教师刚开始的适应困难;2)教师不断寻找和应用合适的学习方法;3)教师在学习过程中难以调动学生的积极性;4)教师需要根据应急课程进行调整和指导,理解和制定教案。此外,为了发展教师的教学能力,校长监督学习,并进行了一些培训计划,伴随着实践,激励和建议。关键词:校长策略,教师能力,远程教育
