龙葵俗称马铃薯,属于茄科。马铃薯植株的整个部分,包括叶片;块茎、果皮和果汁被用于传统医学。马铃薯具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗过敏、抗菌、抗炎、抗肥胖、抗溃疡等药理作用。马铃薯含有酚酸、花青素、类黄酮、维生素B6、维生素B3、泛酸、钾、锰、磷;铜和纤维。本文对其药用特性、传统用途、营养价值、植物化学成分、分类、地理来源和分布进行了综述,为多种用途的综合利用提供了综合数据。
