摘要

芳香族化合物(酚类)在回流条件下,在Cu(II)、Ni(II)、Co(II)、Cd(II)和Zn(II)等过渡金属离子存在的情况下,用Vilsmeier Haack (V-H)试剂处理,可得到相应的邻甲酰基衍生物,产率较高。在正常条件下,无金属离子的V-H反应过于缓慢,导致产率低。该方案提供了高度区域选择性甲酰化在温和和有效的条件下,简单的工作。
