摘要

在真空管输送系统运行前,必须对其进行抽气。至于气闸,空气会在每一个转弯处被抽走。ETT的启动速度和气闸的切换效果主要取决于抽气时间。本文分析了影响抽气时间(抽真空)的相关因素,如孔板电导、管径、管长、两个泵站之间的间隔距离、有效抽真空速度和目标真空度等与抽气时间有关的函数。在数值计算的基础上,提出了缩短抽气时间的建议。
