摘要

桂皮树(Couroupita guianensis);俗称炮球树,属于球球科,广泛用于中药。由于人类定居活动和其他与发展相关的活动,其栖息地遭到破坏,因此桂树正受到威胁。本文从印度各邦的不同地点收集了桂树的本地种群,并对其特征进行了分析。采用RAPD - PCR方法,对不同引物的桂树群体进行遗传多样性研究。结果在本研究中得到了揭示。
