本文介绍了湖北山茶属(Camellia japonica)中的一新种Nigrograna wuhanensis。结合SSU、LSU、ITS和tef1-α序列数据的形态特征和多位点系统发育分析,建立了新种。武汉黑麦的特点是:散在浸没的子囊孢子,在底物表面有长颈;棍棒状和有短花梗的子囊孢子;柔梭状,浅棕色至深棕色;武汉黑麦与其亲缘种京红黑麦的不同之处在于其子囊孢子为3裂,子囊上长有长颈。文中还给出了新分类群的图解和描述。

Manuscripts in most areas of science are welcomed except in areas such as agriculture, engineering and medical science which are outside the scope of the Journal. Currently, we focus on manuscripts in biology, chemistry, physics, materials science and environmental science. Papers in mathematics statistics and computer science are also included but should be of an applied nature rather than purely theoretical. Manuscripts describing experiments on humans or animals are required to provide proof that all experiments have been carried out according to the ethical regulations of the respective institutional and/or governmental authorities and this should be clearly stated in the manuscript itself.
