摘要

到目前为止,工程领域普遍应用于对岩石、山体、建筑物进行冲击破碎作业的是挖掘机改型破碎锤。在实际操作中,挖掘机活动臂断裂事故时有发生。本文从动力学角度考虑了三种典型工况下的断裂机,针对每种工况下活动臂铰点的载荷求解。利用有限元软件对动臂进行了模态分析和谐波响应分析。分析表明,在较高的频率下,动臂不会产生共振,而在较低的频率下,外激励载荷对动臂的影响较为明显。需要增加破断机工作装置的阻尼,使外部激励频率避免一次固有频率和二次固有频率,从而减少活动臂的谐振机会。
