摘要

提出了一种基于耦合电感的新型高升压开关电容DC-DC变换器。该拓扑解决了开关电容电压不足的问题,从而改进了传统的储能结构。结合耦合电感,进一步提高了电压增益特性,减小了开关器件的应力。详细介绍了变换器的工作原理和稳态分析,并在实验室建立了输入电压为25- 45v、输出电压为380V的200W实验样机,验证了变换器的可行性。
