Statistical tests used were Student's unpaired t-test and ANOVA. Results: The bone loss was measured, and values were recorded immediately after implant placement, 3, and 6 months of placement. Conclusions: The use of calcium phosphate surface-treated implants minimizes crestal bone loss compared to AB/AE. 摘要

目的:在放射学检查的基础上,评价喷铝/酸蚀(AB/AE)表面处理种植体与磷酸钙表面处理种植体的牙冠骨水平。材料与方法:采用体内研究方法评估种植体中、远端嵴骨丢失情况,将种植体分为两组,采用不同表面处理方法,A组:AB/AE表面处理种植体,B组:采用标准化的口内根尖周磷酸钙表面处理种植体,分别在种植体放置后立即、放置后3个月和6个月三个不同的时间间隔。统计检验采用学生非配对t检验和方差分析。结果:测量骨损失,记录植体即刻、3、6个月的骨损失。结论:与AB/AE相比,使用磷酸钙表面处理的种植体可以最大限度地减少冠骨损失。这样可以延长种植体的使用寿命。
