摘要

利用染色质免疫沉淀技术,我们在玉米种子萌发过程中检测到同源三聚体蛋白环增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)与细胞周期的两个基本调控因子CdkA和Cyclin D4;2之间形成复合物。这一发现提示了PCNA参与G1期控制的方式,即允许细胞周期蛋白激酶复合物找到并磷酸化蛋白靶点。顺带一提,PCNA与染色质结合时可形成二聚体或三聚体的结构。
