The research data collection techniques: 1) interview, 2) observation, 3) documentation. The research data analysis technique refers to qualitative research using 3 stages: 1) the processing data, 2) the reducing data, 3) the analyzing data. The results of this study: (1) the teachers creates innovative, effective, and fun learned by using infocus and utilizing hotspot facilities. 摘要

本研究旨在确定和描述在Sekayu州立高中3的教师表现方面提高学习质量的策略,面临的障碍和取得的成果。研究资料收集方法:1)访谈,2)观察,3)文献。研究数据分析技术是指定性研究,采用3个阶段:1)处理数据,2)还原数据,3)分析数据。研究结果表明:(1)教师通过信息焦点和热点设施创造创新、有效、有趣的学习。在提供学习材料时,教师使用数字素养作为一种辅助手段来协调所提供的学习材料;(2)根据学生的发展水平和能力所面临的潜能、智力和兴趣方面的制约没有达到预期的水平,其中塞卡尤州立高中3年级学生的潜能、智力和兴趣存在差异;(3)在Sekayu州立高中3的教师表现方面,提高学习质量的策略所取得的成果,交付式学习的实施,学习过程是创新的,积极的,有趣的,符合2013年课程开发的目标设计分为2 (2),即学习的实施,指的是一年的工作计划(prota)和学习的实施,指的是一学期的工作计划(prosem)。
