摘要

研究了四氧嘧啶诱导的糖尿病白化wistar大鼠血糖水平的变化。实验动物每天口服牛角草提取物14 d。在治疗期间观察200 mg/kg剂量的效果。正常对照组血糖水平显著降低(p值为7.0±0.40),糖尿病对照组血糖水平显著降低(p值为4.0±0.24)。本研究结果提示,鸡胸草提取物具有降血糖作用。
