摘要

目的总结速度、耐力和力量运动的营养补充特点,为教练员和运动员提供理论参考。方法文献结果在速成饮食中应添加碳水化合物、VB1和VC。耐力项目可以增加,以满足能量需求。动力型项目应摄入充足的蛋白质,并适当补充钠、钾等电解质。结论由于能量供给方式的不同,运动项目的营养补充也有自己的特点。根据运动项目的不同,补充营养有利于提高运动员的运动成绩。
